Dictionary
Commonly used Terms can be defined globally in the QC Dictionary.
Note that only 'official' Terms are publicly visible.
Editors can use the 'undefined Terms' list (via the 'Add from Term' button) to help identify Terms they may want to define.
Editors can refer to Dictionary Terms by typing an exclamation mark followed by at least one character. That will show the list of relevant Dictionary Terms to choose from.
Access rights
QC Editors can create and edit Terms.
QC Workflow managers can (de)promote Terms to 'official' status.
